Biehl’s Tire and Auto

Traveling from Chicago to St. Louis Missouri, we had tire puncture and was leaking air, we were able to get to shop right when they were about to close. Great service by these guys because they helped us even after they had finished their day and fix the tire. Great customer service and kind people.

Had issues with my spark plugs and valve cover gasket last month and they did phenomenal work!! Today, I had to get my serpentine belt and idler pulley replaced and just like last month, they did amazing work once again!! So glad to meet everyone at the shop as well. I look forward to doing more business in the future with you guys!!!

Every once in a while you run across a fixit shop, you can tell by the cars in the lot that are knowledgeable, empty parking lot usually means not so good work. I was impressed the first time I went there, the next time I was in a bind for time and pronto, I was home!

On a road trip from Chicago to St. Louis, my tire blew out leaving me stranded on New Year’s Eve with only a couple hours till dark in freezing temps. I changed into my spare and drove around the nearest town and got turned away by other shops due to lack of availability. Fortunately, I walked into Biehl’s Tire shop and they got me back on the road in an hour. They were my last hope and they saved me. They charged me $60 and put me on a like-new Bridgestone tire. It’s since been over a week, 500 miles of highway and city driving, and no issues so far. I wish I were local so I could have them around to count on.

Went in for a bulging tire that happend while I was traveling they got me in and out in 30 minutes all while being swamped with work great people honest and fair
