Modern Brake and Alignment

Above and beyond the call of duty. If we could give 10 stars we would! We were well into our 8-hour drive home for Christmas when our truck developed a bad vibration. We called at least five shops along our route, and none could get us in—or were even open—until we spoke with Modern Brake and Alignment. We were about 30 minutes away, and they told us to come on in. They got us right in as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately, the truck was not safe to drive, which left us stranded with all our belongings and our two full-size dogs—on Christmas Eve. When I say this business and its employees went above and beyond, I truly mean it. The steering rack and internal components were failing. They overnighted parts, and one employee’s wife even went to pick them up and bring them to the shop. Because

Modern Brake did a fantastic job with my van. The warranty company wanted to be a pain in the butt and they dealt with them until my van was fixed. They cut me a great deal and had a new transmission in and ready to go in a week!! Great service and very friendly, I’ll definitely be back in the future!!

They answer their phone after one or two rings, always. They got me right in, provided me a detailed quote, and got all of my work done same day for a very reasonable price. Extremely polite and accommodating. They tell you what else needs to be addressed, but aren't pushy about it like other places. They even left me a thank you note with hot chocolate, which my daughters loved. This is my new go-to shop for all of my car needs!

This place is hands down the best place I have ever taken my car for anything!! The people that work there are first class. Super personable and very good at what they do! They should have 6 stars!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They handled my van quickly and efficiently and provided a thorough inspection report with photos, which helped me clearly understand what needed to be repaired and why. Their communication was transparent and reassuring from start to finish. I’ll be honest—I was very stressed when I first called and probably wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with. Despite that, they treated me with complete professionalism, patience, and grace, which meant more to me than they probably realize.
