one of the only shops in illinois to take my car issues seriously. had other shops ‘fix’ my car for the same lights to be on my dash/ same issues to occur days later. had my car out and taken care of in less than 24 hours. actually explained what they did and showed me. pricing was amazing and no lights on my dash anymore

Was there on a cold day in January 2026 late Friday. They were able and willing to do a quick emergency replacement front left bearing on my chevy 3500 truck, all done in less than 2 hours WOW. great guys. they make a great team. say hi to axil the dog.

I thought that I had transmission problem on the highway. I called their shop and they told me to Come immediately. Mark Helped me it was super efficient. I was out in less than an hour. Price was reasonable and I would definitely suggest everybody who is around Lincoln to go there because they are super knowledgeable and experience mechanics. Thank you so much once again for everything it saved my day.

I managed to lock myself out of my vehicle the other evening. A friend contacted his buddy at Mounts, who, ever so graciously, came out and unlocked my vehicle for me. I really appreciated the willingness and promptness from Mounts to come and help me out. I would use their services again.

While traveling home to Michigan from Nevada, I had a leaf spring bracket fail on my toy hauler on a Sunday morning and Mounts Auto came through big-time. Not only was he the only one open on a Sunday, he got me in within 10 minutes of my call and had me on the road shortly thereafter.
