Neal Tire & Auto Service

I’m a first time customer but will definitely be a continuous customer. Had a tire fixed, full oil change & fuel treatment and I am super thrilled with the service. The shop is clean, Tom and his team are super friendly and know their stuff. I waited for my car and they were very hospitable and friendly. I will definitely be returning for all my tire and car needs.

I really cannot say enough great things about Neal tire. Not only did I feel heard and included in the decision making for the service on my vehicle, I was informed each step of the way so their were no surprises in price. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Im happy to have a place to go for my future needs!

I had a slow leak in my tire and I called Neal Tire. They got me in the same day, fixed the problem and treated me with such kindness and professionalism!!! I was leaving for a trip the next day for business and my car was going to be at the airport….I was afraid I would be coming home to a flat. Not with Beal Tire on the case. Thank you so much!

I had an alignment done there in June. But I recently had front end work done so it needed another alignment. So I went there again. For them the first day I can't find it in the system to it was not done here. To owe two cars are attached to your license plate number they put it on the wrong vehicle the last time. To her denying that she was arguing with me about it being done there back in June. Ma'am you literally said " " it was not done here " multiple times to me when I said it was done here. Plus the general manager tried to tell me there is no way that they did one back in June on it. Interesting but you did!

I would highly recommend Neal Tire in Lincoln, IL. They have great service and wonderful people working at this location. I work across the street from this location and arrived one morning recently with a flat tire. I must have run over a nail on my way to work. They got me in immediately and fixed my tire that day so I didn't have to worry about how I was going to get home. The staff is awesome. Try them out!
