Pretty nice group of people with quality pricing. However they have had my car since February 14th. I’ve gotten minimal updates if they even answer the phone. I set my car in for a motor replacement and was told it would take about a month. Gave him half down (6k) and now six months later still have absolutely nothing to show for it and I don’t even know what all has been done to my car. Called and texted again today and straight to voicemail. Not sure what’s going on over there all I know for sure is it’s been six months for a job they told me would take a month and I still don’t even have my car back.

I have a hard time with trusting people, but I took a big leap and tried J&M...well, I'm so happy I did. They have fixed everything I needed without question, have gone the extra mile, and always make time to squeeze us in so my man, our 5 kids, and myself don't have to struggle as long. They make sure to communicate everything so you understand and are happy with what they have planned. I'm so glad we took that leap, and I won't go to anyone else unless I absolutely have to. I highly recommend them. Yes, they are more expensive than your buddies doing it out of the garages, but it's still cheaper than dealerships and high-end places...plus he won't screw you over. Plus, not many like to deal with Japanese vehicles like my Nissan, but he doesn't complain. They get it done!

Charged $220 to replace one broken stud and lugnut, the same service anywhere else in town is usually less than $100. Total scam don't take you car here.

J & M is AMAZING! Dodge diesel overheating… the guy dropped what he was doing, came out & diagnosed the problem. Less than 2 hours later he had us on our way!! Thank you!
