Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

While I do think car wash prices are a bit high across the board these days, I’ve never left Tidal Wave Car Wash feeling disappointed. I pay for the Graph-X4 wash, and they always get me in quickly while still taking their time with the pre-wash, which I really appreciate. For a pull-through car wash, it does a great job every time. The vacuum area is a huge bonus… there are plenty of stations, each with two hose nozzle options, plus compressed air to get the dirt out of tight spots. They also provide towels and window cleaner, which is a nice touch. I definitely recommend getting a pass if you go regularly… it saves money and makes the whole process super convenient.

Great place to go cleans your car,we love the free vacuuming the towels and windex always clean areas nice employees would recommend to anyone,and well basically the only car wash in Lincoln worth a crap lol

Here's a shout out to Olivia and Jasmine for going above and beyond by helping me find the magnet that I carelessly left on my car before getting it washed. I figured it was gone for good, but thanks to the kindness of these girls, I have it back! They were so sweet to take the extra time to look for it; much to my surprise, they found it! A huge thanks to them for going the extra mile! Now I can once again display the proud fact that my dog is an Illini fan! LOL!

I've been a regular customer at Tidal Wave Car Wash in Lincoln, and I've always been impressed with their efficient and thorough service. However, my latest visit truly exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, during my visit today, my Jeep sustained some damage. I was initially concerned, but Sarah, the manager, immediately sprang into action. She was prompt, professional, and courteous in addressing the issue and initiating a claim. Sarah's exceptional customer service turned a negative experience into a positive one. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and I appreciate her efforts in resolving the issue.On a lighter note, I have to say that their vacuums SUCK... in the best way possible! I always enjoy coming to Tidal Wave! The prices are very reasonable for such a high-quality wash. I recently had an issue, and the female manager was quick to resolve it with kindness and professionalism. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. The experience doesn’t end with the wash itself. The towels provided afterward are excellent quality, making it easy to finish off your car with a spotless shine. I also love the spray cleaner that comes included on the carts it’s such a thoughtful touch. And the vacuums? Hands down the best I’ve ever seen at a car wash far superior to what I’ve experienced at places like Club Car Wash. What truly sets Tidal Wave apart, though, are the employees.
