We had a scheduled an apt via email. We showed up to drop the car off at the scheduled time. The employee said “we don’t have you on the schedule” we showed them the email with the scheduled time and date. The employee said “the boss takes care of the emails” The employee went to talk to the owner and he offered no apology. The owner wouldn’t even come out and talk to us. Extremely unprofessional. We also run a small business in madras and never would we treat people this way. Please take your business to someone who appreciates it.

Small business ,yet friendly and professional. For the quality of work that is done you can't beat the prices for central Oregon. They do tinting , stereo, sound systems, rims and tires . From inside detailing basic to.shampooing the carpet to outside wash. I highly recommend this business for anyone who is looking.

These guys are great and do their job very well. Very professional in all areas. They do quite a bit of things from audio to tires. I highly recommend Detail Kings in Central Oregon.

We arrived on time to pick up a truck. Nobody was there, no note was left explaining where they had gone and we had no idea how to get the truck. We finally got a hold of somebody who said he was at a funeral. I sympathize, but you knew you were going to the funeral at least a couple days ahead of time. You could have called me since I had an appointment. You could have done anything proactive other than just walk away from your business and leave the open sign on. When i finally got some help the charges were not as agreed and the whole experience was terrible. Don't EVER do any business with these unprofessional people.

The Business is under new ownership and it is still a great place for a wash and wax plus a full detail upon request of your vehicle. Very thoroughly cleaned and detailed by the owner himself.
