Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and it was very calm and relaxing. Tyler and Cody were very helpful, them along with their team they were able to get all 4 of my tires on really quick, I was in and out in an hour with my scheduled appointment. The car itself was in the shop for only about 40 minutes. Very good experience here.

I didn’t realize he held that position until I checked out, but his level of customer service was exceptional. When I came in with a flat tire, Cody took the time to review my options and suggested that I consider purchasing a full new set of tires instead of just replacing the one flat tire. He was incredibly knowledgeable and presented me with three different tire options at varying price points, clearly explaining the benefits and ratings of each. Great customer service, communication and professionalism when ordering winter tires as well as installing my winter wheels/tires set on my M3.

I had four new tires put on my vehicle today at a time when everyone needs winter tires, etc. I had an appointment and they were running later than planned and addressed my concerns over timeliness in a more than reasonable manner. In addition, I had a rim and tire damaged at another tire shop in the metro and came in overly concerned about the diligence with their crew. The two main individuals managing the front handled my concerns in a kind and understanding way and also ensured my vehicle was handled with the appropriate care. I highly recommend this location of Discount Tire.
