My car was forcefully towed by cops after telling them we aren't towing it, tow guy I was on the phone with made immediate assumptions about dumping my car when I specifically told him I'm not dumping it and he was also a dick about it when he was telling me everything. You guys need to re-train your employees about behavior and to not make assumptions. Hope that guy gets fired.
Frankie's Towing provided phenomenal service. They even called to check on me at the end of the day. Their service is above and beyond.
