The Shop Tire Pros

Ron and his wife, the owners, are super helpful. After our 3 day drive from the east in a fully loaded truck we got a tire puncture coming out of the hills into the gorge. We barely made it to The Shop Tire Pros. It was lunch time and all the mechanics were out for lunch so Ron’s wife got us lined up for quick service before the tire went fully flat and Ron personally changed installed our spare. They wouldn’t let us pay for their help so here’s a great review. If you need tire service they will take care of you!

I have been going to this shop since before the current owners and no matter what the problem was they were honest and up front about what something was going to cost me. I was a little disappointed that they got rid of the oil change services but they were quick to suggest another business nearby.

This place was referred to me by a family member. Great price however this is my 3rd time seeing them they fail to call you to let you know the vehicle is ready they called on June 28th to tell me my brakes were bad and will look deeper. Gave the go ahead to fix and they never called back however they call me today asking if I took my vehicle?? My car is gone!!! My mind is running in all which ways. This can't be a stollen issue as it needs the key fob in order to drive I have one and the shop has one! Where is my car?? No one knows I asked when it disappeared again no one knows.. the communication is highly a problem as this could have been prevented if a simple call was made to let me know the vehicle is ready (if it was even fixed) I needed more work done one this vehicle as well. So I’ve read a few of the reviews on here. The oldest and the most of them are six years old. Wondering if there was a change in management since. I know of a person whose vehicle has been sitting here at this place for a solid week and a day. Yes that includes the weekend. Keeps getting the runaround and the manager or owner gives my friend every excuse under the sun. Very poor communication as my friend Has to initiate all the contact and phone calls. The car was taken in with a request for a diagnostic and estimate. A payment was made for work done. When approaching the car, it was found that there were pieces that were not even replaced and grease or oil inside the car. So the repairs were not finished yet payment was made. I will not recommend to my worst enemy to take the car to this

Outstanding service in our time of need: We were passing through when our car broke down. The Shop was able to diagnose the problem quickly, get the required part shipped, and then install and test it. They went above and beyond, even storing our bikes while the car awaited repairs. They gets cars, and people. Bonus points for humor.
