Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash

This carwash ruined the finish on my headlights on my 2015 Tacoma. You can see where the brushes quit flailing, leaving the bottom half of the headlight somewhat untouched. Kind of!!

I want to give a shoutout to a worker at Thoroughbred Express Car Wash today. the young man (with the surfer style hair) was phenomenal. My car had mud caked all over it, and he went above and beyond making sure it was thoroughly cleaned off before I entered the wash. His effort and attitude really stood out, and I truly appreciated the great customer service.

I have been a member for almost 3 months. I love it! My car always looks shiney, the FREE vacuums suck up way more of my dog's hair from my carpets than any other vacuums in town AND the employees are always fast, helpful, and informative. I'd highly recommend 👌

There is no consistency with the employees anymore. The crews went from being friendly with smiles to annoyed when you pull in. The last time I went they didn't even want to get up from the table and get off the phone. One of the young men came up did the very minimal by doing one single one arm swipe about 3 feet long down the driver side of my vehicle. Is the company the reason for the change in the employees attitudes or has the new just worn off. The service is no longer worth the price sadly.

Love the car wash, My truck always looks new to me when I'm done. The fact that the vacuums are free until closing time is amazing, not to mention that they have air hoses too so you can blow out the vents, under the seats and around the gear shift yes I own a manual.
