I always get what I am after when I go to O'REILLY store there in Pendleton Or. they usually don't have any problem with me picking thier brains on auto issues that I would be having at the time

They ordered me the wrong parts and the worker (Thomas) had the BALLS to still charge me 12 dollars for shipping stating after the part return "its the same price but we charge shipping because we have to make our money somehow" Part was a camry part. Nice. It's not like I spend 15 minutes taking the front grill and hood latch off my car or anything. Left a bad taste in my mouth

Gonna miss lilla. Great store, but the new big guy cant help but insult customers, also he cant find or order the right parts. Some people shouldn't work in parts departments.

I broke down while driving a friend's truck on an 8k mile cross country trip. O'Reilly was the only store in the area that had the parts- Secondary Air Injection valves for a Toyota 5.7. I was able to replace the valves- which required removing the intake manifold- in the parking lot. A few more trips into the store for tools, easily exchanging a wrong Torx socket, then buying hand cleaner when I was done. The employees were very helpful and made a miserable job as easy as possible. Thank you for saving my trip. The truck ran great for the remaining 4500 miles of the trip.
