NAPA Auto Parts - Dyna Parts LLC

Jacob was AWESOME! I had come from a local competitor that had wanted to sell me an alternator and more for my car. I went to NAPA to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did! In a very short time Jacob installed my new battery and I was off to the races! Than you, Jacob. Napa, this guy needs a raise! I'll be back for sure.

Doin a lifter rebuild and Sadie is makin sure all the parts are right and the other person's in there have helped on smaller projects.

While on a trip to the Snake River we had a cooling issue 12 miles out of town. Sadie took our call and had the parts brought to us by Jacob and Shane. That was enough to get me going so I could go back into town and replace the cooling fan that also died. They had everything we need in stock and on the shelf. Rented me the fan clutch tools and I changed it in the parking lot. At the store they offered help and repeatedly asked if there was anything else they could do. They always had a smile and were professional beyond what I have seen in a very long time. With out their help and willingness to bring the parts we needed a couple hour ordeal would have been much worse. As a field mechanic by trade I go into a lot of parts stores and this was the best experience I have had in a very long t

Got stranded in our motorhome with our family and these guys were AMAZING! Called for parts and they not only help find the parts we needed by calling around for us, they drove them to where we broke down! TWICE! Sadie (spelling?) and Jacob deserve a raise!! Jacob even went a step further and helped my husband while trying to put on belt by himself! Well done you guys! Our family is back on the road, safe and warm!

Sadie and Jacob G (AKA) Golden did a outstanding job. They both took more time with me and made sure all my needs were met. Jacob and Sadie both went above and beyond in there help. I was traveling to Texas broke down and they not only sold me the right tools they only sold me exactly what I needed. Both staff members couldn't of made my visit any better. I have been a long time customer of O'Riley's but after my experience at Napa I won't be going anywhere else.
