Blew a radiator hose climbing Cabbage Hill around 12:20pm last Friday on my way to Boise from Portland. Being stranded on the shoulder, I called AAA for a tow then called Legacy Ford in Pendleton and spoke with Ramon, so glad I did. He said they would be awaiting my arrival and ready to work on it right away. Shawnica and Ramon checked me in at about 2:45 pm. After the technician diagnosed, Ramon gave me their recommended repairs and parts needed. He also gave me another option regarding OEM vs an aftermarket fix with transparency and the timeline of each choice, even offered a loaner if necessary. I had my car there and they were so helpful! Before I even walked in the door. The receptionist transferred me to service and making the appointment was so fast and easy. I got introduced to the service manager Ramon and the service advisor Shawnica explained everything so well, even for someone who knows almost nothing about cars!
