Hyundai Motor America is worse than the dealership itself. They do not care about customer concerns, and they do nothing to actually help or facilitate solutions. They avoid putting anything in writing, always wanting to call instead, which makes accountability impossible. Completely useless and not there for the customer.

Hyundai Motor America allowed Van Hyundai in Carrollton, TX to present me a check for $300.00 in order to finalize a deal, and then stop the payment on the check right after I took possession of the vehicle. The check returned, leaving my bank account with a negative balance. My case with Hyundai Motor America was handled by a representative named Kyler. Kyler strung me along for a week and a half, saying that he should get some resolve on the $300.00 returned check. Kyler phoned me on the 10th day to tell me that there was nothing that he could do for me and at this time he would be closing my case. If this is how Hyundai Motor America treats its customers, I will not be purchasing anymore Hyundai product. And, I own two Hyudais.

Bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe. It slams on brakes by itself. Its been to multiple dealerships for repairs. And no help from corporate other than avoiding a lemon law buy back. They put it in several shops says its safe and it still has the same problem. There putting my family and everyone on the road in jeopardy.

Beware of Hyundai Motor America! This was our experience... In May 2023 our 2014 Hyundai Tucson's engine failed at 116K miles. An Extended Warranty was in place only because of a Class Action lawsuit that was filed against Hyundai. Once Hyundai confirmed that our engine failed we were told that it would be 5-6 months before we would get our car back. Why?? We were told that there isn't enough engines available nor are there enough qualified technicians to do the repair! Hyundai confirmed that we would be reimbursed for ALL out of pocket expenses. NOT SO!! 1. We were later informed that we would only be reimbursed for towing if we went directly to a Hyundai dealership. At this point, how were we to know that the problem was an engine failure issue and that the warrantly only covered a t

Miriam with hyundai was awesome. We called for help with our bluelink voice commands and with 5 minutes she got it working again. Even when during the troubleshoot we got disconnected, she called back and helped us finish troubleshooting. Awesome customer service
