Hopefully there's someone there to help you when you arrive. Waited 30mins for someone to notice I was there. Try not to lose your truck in front of the 2 main docks they use. And the older lady that loads you in the evenings has an attitude and no people skills
There are 2 truck entrances. RECEIVING is on the SOUTH side of the building on Williams Rd. SHIPPING is on the NORTH side of the building on Vance Ct off Jerome St. I arrived at 0445 for an 0500 appt to pick up an expedited load. Everything went smoothly and I was loaded up and out of there in just under an hour. I picked up a full trailer load, 53'. This was my first time here and I'd be happy to come back again.
They are good to deal with. There is a girl who wears glasses. She is nice and her two sons have good manners
They open 24 hrs for shipping and receiving lady was pretty quick to upload
Great people who will help you unload and they're very polite.
