Website says they open at 9am. I have been calling since 9am it is now 1020am and still no one is answering. Please adjust your public hours if they are false.

Great group of Brothers family business, plan on returning as employee driver, honesty wins every time with me. Great experience. Always treated like family and stands behind you and products they sell.

We had a junk car that had two flat tires and wouldn’t start, and got notice my apartment was going to tow it. Jim city came with a flatbed and got it out in no time at all and wrote us a check for the car, instead of us having to get a tow bill from the apartment!!

Slow shipping, No customer service, No one calls back even when they say they will. Did get the correct part (almost a month later)

The owner was very nice and helpful considering GPS misguides patrons
