Les Schwab Tire Center

Was a pleasant experience. The wait was acceptable (bout an hour). Came in, explained my issues, left happy. I would recommend and will be returning in future.

Les schwab had been a great company for getting my tire services done the past 12 years. I usually go to redmond but recently moved to madras and have been using madras les schwab for multiple vehicles I have. Recently I have brought my vehicles in and they haven't ever documented my brakes levels like they are suppose to witch is kinda frustrating with the $129 dollar charge for the tire change overs they charge. I then ask what the brakes were and it takes them a minute to figure it out or just make something up. I have also haven't had many tires put on that don't get balanced. They just did my winter change over and also told me my center caps don't fit on wheels because of the lug nuts. I get home and are able to out them on in under 5 minutes. Love these guys they have yet to do me wrong. They represent their company even while on lunch :) I work at the deli next door and they come in always with smile and a hello. When I needed help it was quick and painless . The popcorn maker makes the wait well worth it as well. Building is clean and well staffed.

I’d give them a zero if that was possible. I had a wheel bearing go out on my fifth-wheel trailer. They replaced it and a brake assembly that was also damaged. I promptly hit the road for a cross-country RV trip. In central Michigan, after maybe 2000 miles, that wheel bearing failed, damaging the axle. I have already reached out to Les Schwab corporate customer service but have not heard a response as of now.

First of all, mad shout out to Mitchell! We were stuck at at rest area North of town with a potential disaster. Our loaded 16 ft U-Haul with a loaded trailer had a tire that was about to blow. U haul contacted Les Schwab and Mitchell was up in about an hour and within 30 minutes had us back on the road. Great guy and you can tell he knows his stuff. Thanks for going the extra mile for us. Will, if you read this you have a great employee that needs some recognition.
