Been washing my vehicles there for over 15 years. Today all stalls are manual service. All stalls were in use earlier and the water pressure was barely a trickle compared to the full force it used to be. Fix it

Done with them. Yesterday I went and the middle bay had inches of standing water because it wasn't draining. The left bay would not dispense any soap when selected. It's clear from my experience and other reviews that the owner / operator does not answer the phone, but doesn't mind taking money. If Andover cares about its residents, they would revoke the business license.

I have used this car wash for 20 years. Last April I tried the north bay and lost my money the wash would not turn on. Contact information sent me to a local hotel who had no idea why I was calling them about a car wash. Today September 6 th after $3.50 worth of washing I had to rinse with wax. The rinse option dispensed either soap or wax. I never use car wash wax once again deeply disappointed. No contact information is available on site or online. I will be contacting the Andover Chamber of Commerce as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Very disappointed i needed to use the "brush" and this is what I got AFTER I put money in machine. No bristles on the brush. I took a pic but can't find to add to my complaint Nor a phone # or email to contact
