Ordered OEM Mercedes Benz star emblem hub caps in matte black. They were OEM but not the original same model that was specifically meant for my Merc. I clearly emailed photos of the ones I had to show they were not the same size. I got refunded back my money but not for shipping. Never heard from the rep again after she saw my photos of my OEM caps.

Took my Benz for an oil change, now there's a service light. 2nd time now. Do not recommend. NOW BOTH OF MY CARS HAVE CHECK ENGINE SIGNS BECAUSE I CHOOSE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE HERE

I referred a friend to order parts from them and the price was 20 dollars cheaper the the dealer in texas but these people charged her $22 for shipping and the part will take 2 weeks to arrive never again and any one who is ordering parts from them people take my advice and don’t do it you will pay the difference in shipping
