Was there looking for a ignition and the old guy there was not professional at all and was very disrespectful and told me “well I don’t even know why you’re here you should be in Springfield looking for this”. Will not be coming back after this.

I really don’t want to even think that you deserve 1star but I can’t make a review on my experience with the Nappa store here in Lincoln Illinois. First off, I’m a senior and I went to the Napa for a new set of wiper blades for my 2013 Malibu. When I entered the store there was 4 employees who were at the front desk. One fellow was on the computer and the others were watching me come in. Another fellow asked what I wanted, of course it was as an inconvenience for him to help me, I explained that I wanted wipers for my car and another young man jumped up to help me as well, I explained how the driver side was awful and they proceeded to remove and replace with a new pair. The go to place for anything different or foreign. Such as boat engine parts and exotic automobiles! A great place for domestic cars (whatever that means today (my new Chrysler has entire car assembled in Canada, with engine made in Mexico, tires from Japan and power split device (transmission) made in the USA)). Is this an American car?

Most helpful people you could ask for. Jeff took PLENTY of time helping with bearings for our vintage camper!

They didnt have the part I needed, nor could they get it. That said, they searched every catalog in the store and online trying to find it.
