The thing that impresses me the most about national car rental is the consistency of outstanding customer service, regardless of the national location day of the week and time of the day. They are always very courteous and helpful even at 5:00AM. This kind of service is rare these days!
Havent had a bad negative experience yet. In almost all cases have been upgraded to a full size (Nissan Altima equivalent) from a midsize (Nissan Sentra equivalent) so that has been pretty positive experience. Only negative experience was not being able to get a car early --- which I understand as cars come in and out and they have to clean them... so be sure to be pretty accurate (within an hour) of the time you setup. Thanks!
The employees are always very accommodating. I do wish that they had a Emerald Club line.
Closes at 6 pm on Saturday. Will not work with customers for later arrivals. They suggest you check other rental car companies. Ok, I did!
Fast, efficient, easy. No vehicle options (for free upgrade) for executive elite members at this airport which is a major drawback.
