Royal Car Wash

DO NOT use the automatic carwashes unless you want blobs of grease dropping on your vehicle and then when you leave you'll have a haze of grease over your whole vehicle. The machines are so worn out instead of fixing he just puts buckets of grease on everything to keep it going so while your vehicle is getting sprayed with water, it's also getting grease mist over your whole vehicle. RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY!

The “best carwash” they offer should not be just a 30 second rinse, second time this has happened. Disappointing.

I was there on 10/5/23. My card was charged twice for 1 car wash. I left a message for the compay and received a call back the same day. They are returning the money to me via the mail. Great customer service. Car was cleaned great.

This is the second time in a month I had a problem at this car wash. First time I paid for the best wash, the door opened halfway and slammed back down. Could not get in to wash or would not cancel the transaction. Today I drove into the wash, door closed and the wash never started. Sat there stuck for 10 min. Would not wash at all. Pulled forward and door would not open. Drive to another wash. Don't waste your money.

Dog wash sucks— The room was as cold as it was outside(38°F), the water took 3 minutes to even get luke warm, the water pressure was AWFUL, the air coming out of the blow dryer was cold, and it was super picky with which bills it would take. Overall my dog was shivering and miserable the entire time we were there and we will not be going back
