I just wanna make a shout out to this amazing Kenworth location we had an issue with a few new trucks. And the sales, service, and management took care of the trucks and figured out how to fix immediately. Eric, Jeremy made sure trucks are good and made sure the drivers all set. I’m from the northeast. And this location has been the best paccar experience I have ever had. Thank you guys
This place is a rip off to the trucker. Called for a airbag and charged $480 while all shops around asked $150-$180.

My experience here was great . I came in on a Friday afternoon with 2 check engine lights. They immediately got the truck in a bay and I was out the door early the next morning. It would have been the same day if the part had been in stock . Very friendly and professional group of people .
Very nice the people who work there Very good at there job willing to go out of there way to help you get you in and out I would back. If I need work done on my truck again. GREAT JOB
