I was out of town Christmas shopping when I had a tire rapidly deflating. I called 10 places and no one could get me in. This place was a serious blessing! They got me in right away, repaired my tire and sent me on my way in less than an hour. Super friendly and amazing service. They saved the day!!

My car had to be towed, and Sternot was able to replace my radiator on short notice. Repairs were done quickly, and service was beyond excellent. Issues were explained clearly. I would strongly recommend Sternot to others!

My car was towed to Sternot on a Monday. I was concerned about driving it there since it was unexpectedly shutting down nearly every time I ran an errand. I’d never been without a car and was in a panic with a holiday so close since I planned to spend it with my daughter & her family. Two days later, they’d fixed it! I’m ecstatic that they took the time to help me on such short notice! I highly recommend their business and always am treated fairly & honestly! A giant thank you to Clayton and his fantastic crew! This shop was able to get my Jetta in for a window regulator that had broken. They were kind and polite when I asked to use my extended warranty. They took my info and got to work, calling me to let me know what portion the warranty didn’t cover (taxes). They went a step beyond when I asked to take care of payment and signatures early so I could pick the car up after close. I planned to spend some time scraping duct tape goo off my car since I had taped the window up. Upon pickup I saw that they had done it for me! Little touches like that are what set small town shops above the rest!!! I recommend them and I’ll be back in the future, I’m sure!
