Never go to a Shell gas station. I now have two pending charges on my card one for $136 and $157 I know one of the times I got gas it was only $17. Never go to a Shell gas station I've never had a gas station ever do this type of theft.
The car wash is hit or miss and not well maintained. Sometimes it works great. Today I paid for the top tier wash and about half of the wash either was out of the chemicals or just didn’t work right.
Awkward driveway makes it hard to see on busy road; it seems poorly maintained via my car bottoming out hard when casually driving off premises onto 153. I did not feel welcomed in this store. I may have been having an off day, but I can't say I've ever experienced a 'stale' feeling in any previous gas stations I've visited before.
Pumps never work for rewards and typically never take a credit card. Waste of time stopping here.
Great service and friendly staff. One of the best gas stations around.
