I have been coming to this repair shop for several years and have serviced two cars here. I live one block away, so it has always been convenient. However, every visit has left me feeling uncomfortable due to the attitude of the woman at the front desk. At my last visit, she was rude and dismissive. I asked simple questions about leaving my car and when it might be ready because I work afternoons, but none of my questions were answered. The interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. After repeatedly experiencing poor customer service, I’ve decided not to return and will no longer bring any of my vehicles here. Respectful communication with customers should be a basic standard for any business.

Mr Lee and his team are professional, honest, fast and knowledgeable. He doesn’t try to make repairs that aren’t necessary even though the dealership wants to. He’s a master Toyota mechanic and we take our other 2 makes of cars to him too. His wife Theresa is quick to reply to texts for requests of service. A gem in Northbrook! An update: my Toyota needed a Toyota brand battery and a generic one was installed by Mr Lee. I then drove to CA a month later and my car wouldn’t start! A local mechanic found the problem. Let’s hope the Toyota brand battery is the correct solution! It’s because of the start and stop feature.

I haven’t had an auto service done by them, but thought they deserved a review for their nice attitudes and hospitality. I deliver parts to them and sometimes Lee offers me a beverage, or has dunkin Donuts coffee. Theresa and Lee are great. Hope to see you soon.

So pleased with their help. My daughter at college was using our old Yukon when it broke down. Trying to get a car repaired from long distance is no picnic and these guys made it easy and helped to diffuse a stressful situation. Great communication, honest, reasonable price and quick service. I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop! My car has broken down twice on a Saturday right before closing, and both times Mr. Lee stayed to help me out. The second time, instead of just taking the repair, he kindly handed me a notice about Honda’s extended warranty and suggested I check with the dealer. Thanks to his honesty and guidance, I contacted Honda and my car was repaired under warranty for a major job that used 13.5 hours of labor! The owner is incredibly kind, trustworthy, and truly looks out for his customers.I’m really thankful and just want everyone to know—this is a shop you can truly trust with your car!
