Old Hickory Sheds and Auto Rentals

Just had the best customer service from this place. 100% recommend. I used to rent from Boutique air, as other reviewers had mentioned I thought it was the only option. Old Hickory is the best. Thank you.

I've rented vehicles on several occasions from Boutique Air up by the airport simply because I thought they were the only local option. They've never been the best, but they were at least functional. After reserving my last vehicle a month in advance, they decided to wait until the night before I was supposed to pick it up to tell me they only rent cars to prop who fly in, not locals. Since I was a local resident and couldn't provide a flight number, I was informed I was unable to rent their vehicles and my rental was cancelled. I've searched their website from top to bottom and still can't find this policy. I called My Own Auto Sales minutes before they closed and was able to secure a vehicle for the next morning, even though it was a Sunday and they weren't scheduled to be open. The

Rented a car from these guys ended up being a bad all around experience. Only went here because bigger companies didn’t have any vehicles available. Charged $45 a day for three year old car and $.40 a mile after 100 miles a day. I asked to pay a little more for unlimited miles and they wouldn’t work with me. So no worries small business I get it. But then first day I use the car begins a continual issue of the vehicle dying and needing jumped every time I started it. Also said the oil needed changed and power steering needed serviced. Still figured it’s a small business so wouldn’t expect much more. So when I took it back I explained that I had to jump it to start it every time and asked if a could get a discount for the inconvenience. I was told by the gentleman I dealt with that there ha

Absolutely amazing customer service. I told him I could only make it there after hours, so he let me pay over the phone and unlocked the car remotely. He was flexible with the rental duration, since I didn't know how long it would take my car to be fixed. When I was ready to return it, he met me at the Les Schwab to pick it up. (And he offered to drive me to Les Schwab if I had dropped it off at the lot instead.) And the car itself was of great quality. I will definitely rent from here again if the need arises.

10 STARS! Amazing and wonderful Don. My family of 7 and I broke down in Pendleton on our way to our vacation. I called all of the car rental companies within 50 miles and all were sold out. Don called me back just when we were out of options and happened to have two new vehicles available to rent so my family could continue our vacation. He literally was our saving grace, angel on earth! He treated us wonderfully, helped us when we thought we were out of options, and was VERY easy to work with. I would recommend him 100x over! Friendly and Fast. Cars were very reliable, no problems and got us to our destination and back without a problem. Thank you again!!!
