O'Reilly Auto Parts

Today I went to the store to get a new headlight. I have been there before. I entered the store and stood in front of the registers. One employee was on the phone, another was looking thru inventory, a women came out and spoke to employee on the phone. I was never acknowledged. Now another customer walks up with a purchase and the women proceeds to the register and now offers to help the other customer. Still not acknowledging my presence. I left, went to Walmart and received excellent service. I will not return to O'Reilly's.

Our go to place for parts..always have what we need and on the few occasions they do not, they order it and we get it next day. Staff is friendly and always happy to help. Never a bad experience

I needed a new windshield wiper. The gentleman was very helpful.

The associate (Taylor) was above and beyond helpful. Courteous and actually cared about customer satisfaction. Definitely a person who does the company justice
