Splash Hand Car Wash and Detail-Northbrook

I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good — this hand car wash is amazing! Super fast, detailed, and my car came out shining like new. The staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process was quick and smooth. Definitely one of the best car washes I’ve ever been to — highly recommend!

If you even care a little about your car, do not take it here. The employees rush through the entire wash like they’re just trying to get you out as fast as possible. They literally skip over the leather and barely touch the interior. For how much you pay, the quality is honestly shocking. When they finished, my car wasn’t even dry. The wheels weren’t sprayed, dried, or pressure washed at all. They looked exactly the same as when I pulled in. This place is all speed, zero attention to detail. You’re paying premium prices for a rushed, incomplete job. Definitely not worth it and I won’t be coming back.

If you want a quick hand carwash, this is the place! BUT, they aren’t thorough. Most of the time, they will forget about the tire shine you paid for so make sure you get what you paid for. On an easy day, the wash will take 6 mins tops and but they don’t dry your car very well. They will spots here and there. Other than that, all the staff are nice! Just a little pricey and not too detailed in cleaning/drying your vehicle

Brought my wife’s car and did the $40 splash service. My wife couldn’t believe how good the car looked. I formerly ran my own detailing business (we charged $150-200 a car) and I hand wash my own car 99% of the time, but i will start bringing it to splash more often because they are THAT good. I’ve used many different self wash services that cost half as much and your car ends up looking horrible afterward. This is the best value play I have found

Paid $40 + $10 tip for the exterior and interior clean with interior wipe down. Literally nothing was wiped down on the inside of the car. And I mean nothing only thing that was partially wiped down was the dash. Didn't vacum the console or sides. Also outside didn't really get cleaned. All they do is power wash the car.
