Tesla Service Los Gatos

Brought our tesla in because the front wheel trim was coming off. They replaced it but I could tell it was not aligned with the car. I brought it up and they blamed my fender. They claimed its fine. One month later.. guess what is sticking out? The same part. Brought to Tesla Sunnyvale and it looks perfect!

This Tesla Service Center is absolutely the worst service center in the Bay Area by a large margin. Do not take your car here. We took our car here because the car showed an error in the tire pressure system. Less than two hours later, we got a message that the car was repaired. We paid through the Tesla app and proceeded to pick up the car. The error message is still there as soon as you turn the car on. Now here comes the absolutely outrageous part. We left a message in the app that the car was not fixed, since the service center was closed. The service advisor called us back and emphatically argued that they had actually satisfactorily completed all repairs! The error message is still there for everyone to see, and she had the audacity to tell me they cannot run a full diagnostic on the
