What an exceptional service! Front beginning to end the entire process of getting my glasses fixed was easy, painless, and spectacular! Getting them set up for repair on the website was a breeze. Repaired my Cartier glasses, both hinges - they feel so sturdy now and did such an amazing job. I was a bit worried to ship them out but I paid for shipping insurance and it was fine. Super quick turn around too - only took about a week to get my glasses back. Now, I'm thinking of sending in all of my loose sunglasses for new hinges.
