Jiffy Lube

Waiting for over an hour even though i was the next person in line, then waited another 20 minutes in the bay before they started. Then got asked to scan a qr code to write a review. Been to plenty of other jiffy lubes doing the same services with similar staffing that were able to do things in a timely manner or at least keep customers informed how long they were going to take, almost no one moved with a sense of purpose. However, they did change my oil with no faults and offer top offs if you need them later. Place is fine if you have a few hours to spare i guess

Before I even came in, I called with questions and the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly kind and detailed, explaining the entire process without making me feel rushed or silly for asking — which I really appreciated as a first-time customer. Once I arrived, Sarah was the tech who helped me and she was amazing. She was super polite, professional, and took the time to scan my car and explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Went to Jiffy Lube in Yelm today. I had a great experience with every team member in the bay—friendly, informative, and efficient. They got me back on the road quickly.

This was a very great experience for me! I always get excellent customer service when I go to Jiffy Lube, but this one was just a little bit better. This time when I came to Jiffy Lube, I was asked about preventative maintenance and that was really helpful. It’s something you don’t typically think about until your car tells you what some type of indicator light. This team was able to give me a snapshot of what services they can help me with. I really appreciated that, And they did it with a smile!

Jon, Nate, and Liam were awesome! I pulled in for an oil change and they were fast, friendly, and all around great. Very knowledgeable and even showed me how to change my cabin air filter. Fantastic service!
