My experience at Premium collision CARSTAR of Yelm was top notch. From the time my vehicle was delivered I knew immediately that I was dealing with respectable professional people. They walked me through the process of my repair. Took extreme diligence when doing the pre inspection. While in the shop for repairs Rebecca provided continuous updates in a timely manner. She would either answer any of my questions. Or got back to me with the information in a timely manner, if it was not readily available. In my opinion they went beyond my expectations to provide a superior completion of repairs on my vehicle. I am truly satisfied with the results. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of collision repair.

I have brought 2 vehicles into this CarStar, and they have done AMAZING service both times while offering the best warranty package out there! They make everything easy and worry free! Best car repair shop in town. The staff is so friendly and kind. They were on top of everything. They set up everything with the car rental too. I received updates on my vehicle every few days. They even finished the job sooner than expected, which was great. Everyone at CarStar is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend CarStar for your car repairs.
