Yesterday I got a flat tire. I had to switch out to the spare and j was so afraid to try to get it fixed. I know not all tires can be fixed but I came here today I think I may have waited 20 min if that and they had my tire fixed and I was in my way. I came in with my daughter and without asking the associate Chris asked me what shoes she likes and changed the tv to cartoons to keep her entertained. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris went above and beyond to help us.

Brought in my lifted 1987 subaru gl with custom aluminum alloy peugeot wheels. Couldnt for the life of me get them to balance on the machine i have at work in our shop. In 45 minutes the technician washed the mud off of them ,and had them balanced and torqued by hand as requested. Car drives smoother than ever. Im super pleased.

I was recommended Les Swab by Sarah at Jiffy Lube for tire service. I checked in and told them what I needed done and Christopher called to confirm. His service was fast and the cost didn't damage our pockets at all. Appreciate the great customer service from..your team.

Great Service! Had a nasty nail in my tire. Leak from hell driving home to Yelm from Seattle where I work. I had a chance to meet the Assistant Manager Cody, and his customer service was amazing! I’m the guy who drives a Tesla and gets ripped off every time something happens to it. Last time I had a flat they fixed it at the Tesla dealer for $140! Cody did mine for free, and his professional reply to my shock was him saying “just think about us when you need another set of tires”. Haha you got it man! I saw your warranties and with this type of service, I’m feeling confident that I’m not getting ripped off anymore. I’m coming to you for my tire needs Cody….
