Service is fast, pricing is fair, and the work is always done right the first time. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you want reliable service and peace of mind, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Owners are very generous, and their integrity gives you complete confidence to have your maintenance work done here with peace of mind. The new manager, Mr. David, is also very supportive and professional, making the overall experience better. They genuinely try to provide excellent care. I sincerely wish continued success to this well-known and respected shop in our community.

I popped in here to check pricing on replacing the tires on my truck. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to show me the options I had and explain the features and benefits of those options. I have found a new home for my automotive needs. This place is great! I highly recommend checking it out.

I would like to say thank you to Paul and other employees at Walt's Tires. I visited their shop yesterday with a recently purchased old vehicle with really bad tires. Walt's had the tire size I needed, but the cost was out of budget; plus the tires they had were better quality than the car. I was pretty desperate at the time and vulnerable because I was afraid to drive the car to Spanaway, my home town. But Paul didn't take advantage of my situation; he had one of his specialist take a second look at the tires and I was given safety instructions for driving the car. I made it to Spanaway safely and immediately purchased new tires. I truly appreciate Paul's honesty and integrity and would recommend Walt's Tires to anyone I know. Id put 0 stars if i could i do not recommend this place to anyone i had them install wheels and tires and they couldnt even do the easiest task of making sure lug nuts were tight i was driving to oregon with my wife and kids and my rear tire fell off snapped every lug nut on it and the other side was about to fall off as well with broken stud they seriously put my life and my family in danger all cause they couldnt make sure lugs were tight left us stranded in middle of nowhere do not trust these people with ur vehicles and then i call them to tall to manager and guy wouldnt let me explained wats going on and said its not their fault or problem i dont wish this happening to anyone definately not trustworthy people
