These people helped me out tremendously, from diagnosing an issue because the engine light was on to the remedy which was adding oil. After that was resolved, I came back and they diagnosed it again and the problem was resolved because it had needed oil.. I never had a problem with my car before this, But it is getting older and who knows what happened...I can't say enough great things about the staff there. One of the guys. Staff here are solid—friendly, quick to help, and they actually know what they’re talking about. They’ll test your battery, scan codes, install wipers or bulbs, and even loan you tools if you’re doing repairs at home. Inventory is decent, but online stock isn’t always accurate. Sometimes there’s a wait during busy hours, but nothing crazy. If you need parts or quick help with your car, this spot gets the job done.

I called the store today and the woman was rude. I was riding thru an area my phone doesnt always have service, and the call dropped. I immediatley called back and she hung up on me, several times in a row. Crazy. Ill go to Autozone from now on.

The service was awful. My husband went with my son-in-law to buy parts for an older car he wants to fix up. They had to order one of the parts because they didn't have it in store, and we were told they'd call when it came in. A week went by and no communication, so I called them to check in it. I was told they'd sent it back because we never showed up. I explained we didn't know it had come in snd he told me that phone calls were optional and they could reorder or we could "take our business elsewhere ". I told him the part was paid for. He informed me it was not and hung up on me. We got home and looked at the receipt to find it was in fact paid for, so I called and asked to talk to a manager.
