Called with a part number today and it couldn't be pulled up asked Thomas if he could look for part under car make and model and he hung up on me thought it was a accident called back and asked again he said I got nothing and hung up on me again not great customer service thomas should have shown more customer service

Did a argon bottle exchange. They didn't have the same size bur I was desperate, had to fix something that day. I told them to note it with my name. I went back to exchange bottles again and I asked them if they had my larger bottle and they wanted to charge me to upgrade the bottle size. What a ripoff. I already purchased it elsewhere and they wanted to scam me out of it. Don't do business with them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Had exactly what I was looking for, even learned a few things from the guys behind the counter. Feels more like a knowledgeable and legit small town parts store than a chain store filled with part time kids that just need a job. Better parts quality and selection as well. Thanks Napa.

Need tire chains. They didn't have the size. However, JT called 4 different stores to confirm they had the ones I need and really helped me out. Great customer service!
