This is my top spot for car parts. Their prices are great and the service is always excellent. Sinan is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to make things easy. Many times he already has the parts ready for me before I arrive, which saves a lot of time. If they don’t have something, he’s always willing to recommend another place that might. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for good prices and reliable service.

I first called Safari Auto Wrecking around 11:00 AM by phone, and Sinan answered. He told me he would check for the specific part I needed and get back to me. At 11:27 AM he confirmed via message that they had the part. To avoid any misunderstanding, I sent him a photo and the exact part number, and he confirmed it was the same one. I even messaged him again at 1:45 PM to make absolutely sure they had the exact part I was looking for. He confirmed again and said the part would be ready by 3:00 PM. Based on these confirmations, I rented a car and drove 2.5 hours to their location. Due to unexpected traffic and an unplanned situation, I arrived at 4:30 PM. Their website hours are inaccurate. It listed them as open on Saturday, but they were actually closed. Thankfully, Google Maps had the correct information, so I didn’t make the one-hour drive each way. On a weekday, their website said they open at 8:00 AM. I arrived around 8:15 AM, but the gate was locked and no one answered the phone. I waited in my car for over 30 minutes, unsure if they were even opening, and was about to leave when someone finally opened the gate around 8:50 AM. What left a bad impression was the reception staff’s response. I was sold a damaged transmission, which caused my vehicle to be down for weeks. Because of their mistake, I had to pay labor twice, and it took over a month to finally receive a working replacement. Communication was extremely poor. I had to call every single day just to get updates or any help. This was costly, stressful, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this company.
